Need help using the site, requesting a diagnostic, or understanding the next step for a transmission problem? Start here.

For a vehicle that is slipping badly, stuck in gear, overheating, not moving, or showing a transmission warning light, call first so the shop can help decide whether towing is safer than driving.

If another shop or dealer already looked at the vehicle, keep the written estimate, diagnostic code list, or invoice handy. A second-opinion conversation is much more useful when the service team can see what was tested, what was recommended, and whether the quote was based on scan data, fluid condition, a road test, or a symptom description only.
If a form does not submit, call or text instead. Do not keep sending the same private details repeatedly. A short message with your phone number, vehicle, and main symptom is enough to start.
If you want a submitted request corrected or deleted, call the shop and explain which form submission or message you are referring to. The privacy policy explains how website forms and analytics tools are handled.
A service member reviews the vehicle, symptom, phone number, and preferred contact method. If the issue sounds unsafe to drive, we will usually ask follow-up questions before recommending that you bring it in. If the vehicle can be driven normally, we help you pick a diagnostic window and explain what to bring with you.
Free towing is tied to qualifying repairs and normal local distance limits, so call before arranging a tow. If you need a copy of a written estimate, invoice, or warranty document, have the vehicle owner name, phone number, approximate service date, and vehicle ready so the shop can look it up quickly.
For warranty questions, ask what document applies to your repair, what mileage and time limits are listed, and whether maintenance records or follow-up inspection steps are required. For estimate questions, ask what was inspected, what is still unknown until teardown or further testing, and what approval is needed before any additional work begins.
If a page, link, or form is not working, call or text the shop instead of sending the same request more than once. We can still collect the vehicle details, explain the next step, and make sure your request reaches the right person.
