The 545RFE solenoid pack is the most common failure β it controls all shift functions and TCC. Pack failure causes limp mode and erratic shifting.
Symptoms: 2nd-gear limp mode; P0750-series codes; erratic upshifts under Hemi power
The valve body separator plate wears at the regulator bore, causing line pressure issues and cross-leak between circuits.
Symptoms: Multiple gear slip; harsh engagements; P0868 low pressure code
