SRV bore wear is the leading cause. We measure the bore; if worn, a Sonnax oversize kit restores it without replacing the case.
The 6T35 handles slightly more torque and is used in heavier vehicles (Equinox/Terrain vs Sonic/Spark). Same gear ratios, different torque ratings.
$1,500β2,100. 2-day turnaround.
Dexron VI ATF.
If only the SRV bore is worn and the clutch packs test good, we can do a targeted bore repair without a full rebuild. Saves money if caught early.
