The B7XA and related Honda V6 automatics (MGPA, BYBA) are notorious for 3rd gear clutch failure. Honda settled a class action lawsuit over the issue. The 3rd gear clutch pack is dramatically undersized and fails — sometimes catastrophically — under normal driving. Honda's class action settlement covered many Odysseys and Accords.
