Q5 transmission work follows A4/A5 procedures — same 0B5 and ZF 8HP drivetrains. The Quattro Haldex rear differential should be inspected during any transmission service and fluid-serviced every 40,000 miles. SQ5 supercharged models need more frequent fluid changes due to higher operating temperatures.
