Allison 1000 TCC failure: converter replacement with valve body inspection. SRV bore wear (Allison or 6L90): Sonnax sleeve repair, cheap if caught early. Full rebuild if valve body bore damage is extensive. Allison 10L1000 is a newer unit β seeing early solenoid issues on 2020+ trucks.
Allison 1000: Allison TES-295 or equivalent β change every 25,000 miles under towing use 6L90: Dexron VI

Very β it's one of the strongest automatic transmissions available. Most problems arise from torque converter and solenoid issues at high mileage, not core unit failures.
