PDK fluid replacement with Porsche-specified DCT fluid reduces contamination-based shudder. Clutch actuator testing under controlled load. PDK overheating diagnosis: confirm correct fluid level and cooler function. PTM sensor faults are diagnosed separately by reading transfer case module codes. Physical clutch pack inspection requires partial disassembly - done after software and fluid steps are exhausted.
